New York City has many bridges that connect Manhattan to its other four boroughs: Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn and Staten Island. The most famous of all these bridges is the BROOKLYN BRIDGE. It was the longest suspension bridge in the world until 1903.

A walk in Brooklyn Bridge will reward visitors with grand view of Brooklyn and Manhattan. The bridge has two lanes: for pedestrians and cyclists.
The bridge also has benches for weary travellers to sit down, grab a book or just enjoy the view.

I walked the whole length of the bridge for an hour and 55 minutes. I did a lot of camwhoring but mostly enjoyed the view, sat on the bench and watched the boys go by…..

Beyond the point (behind me) where I stood, is under construction for renovation. Visitors can still continue to the other end of the bridge.
