Salsa by the beach
Sirenis Cocotal, Punta Cana
Dominican Republic
When you are stuck in a secluded beach resort for 7 days in Punta Cana where the nearest town is 45 minutes away by minibus, life could be boring. Seven days! Imagine that! Sun, sea, swim, lotion, tan, food, read, relax…. These became a redundant routine and I can’t stand the monotony of it after 3 days. At least for me. I do love the beach but I’m not just a vacationer. I’m a traveler.
The people you see in the picture are newbies to salsa dancing. Everyday, in Sirenis Cocotal Beach Resort, they have salsa class—by the beach. No, I didn’t join them. I know the basics.
But, I did stay longer there watching them. Well, especially the guy with the six-pack abs. And you know who. LOL…
